The external skirt is a very important design feature. Important because it acts as a visual attractant for several species of mosquitoes as well as acting as a baffle, directing the air plume out of the bottom of the trap.
Fits both 800 Series Ultra/Premier and Pro 900 Series Ultra/Premier/Premier XC Traps.
Mosquitoes respond to visual cues and are attracted by dark colors, especially black. The fabric skirt can fade over time and we recommend replacing it at the start of each season.
